At Toy Snobs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
